Hey everyone.
Just curious...do you think replying in other people's RP's makes any sense?
For example, I just noticed Axl posted an entire RP in SMP's post. Wouldn't you rather have an entire post to yourself?
And I'm not singling him out. I know plenty of other people in the past have done this (posting entirely new rants in other people's threads...myself included), but to me, it seems like you won't get it noticed. I almost didn't even go into SMP's rant because I had already read it.
Any thoughts from RPers? Do you like/dislike other people posting in your RP threads?
I'm not going to ban it or anything, I was just curious why you wouldn't want to highlight your work in a separate rant. One-liners/short replies, I get.
Anyway, just looking for opinions on this.

I'll have to go ahead and agree. I've decided to move that post to its own thread, and replace it with "-moved-" where it was in SMP's post. So yeah, I think that's a good idea.

It doesn't really matter to me: But if my RP is answering a lot of the things in the opponent's RP, I'll attach to it in a response. A lot of times, I RP on the fly and it's easier for me to read the other RP as I write mine, scrolling down and picking out bits from his to answer so I don't forget what he talked about. I never save my RPs, and a lot of times after I read another guy's I'll hit reply and go from there from scratch. That's why I do that a lot by having a whole RP in a response. Sometimes they just go on longer than I expect...
I don't have a lot of extra time, so when I read one, I respond right there usually...
Either way is fine with me...

first post what up its booger... yep just booger. A post to yourself is better, but i know in another fed(i know yall prolly hate that.) after the show was posted we used replies to comment on RP's it helped imporve others and step up the roleplaying level for the next week. I also enjoyed the feedback with my booger character as you will see when my first rant is up.

Well, way way way back in the day, back in the good ole STWF on one of the oringnal boards when you replied to a thread it would show up directly under the first post and I thought that was great because it kept fueds together. However using the boards we uses now replying to rp's is a risk. I don't do it but then again I haven't been in a heated fued in quite awhile. So I guess what I am saying is do what you want to do but be for warned that its all on you to get noticed in this fed.
